Private sound bath sessions, shaped entirely around you

One on one, or with a few of your favorite people. In studio, at your home, or on location anywhere in South Florida — a session built around what you're actually carrying.

who this is for

When you want the room shaped around you

A private session is not just a smaller sound bath. It is built around what you are actually carrying — the grief, the burnout, the anniversary, the birthday, the thing you cannot quite name. We go at your pace, and nobody else is in the room.

One on one

Just you and the bowls. The most direct version of this work, and the one people return to when something in life is shifting.

You and a few favorites

Two to eight people — a birthday, a bridal weekend, a group of friends who all need the same afternoon off.

Celebrations & milestones

Showers, anniversaries, a housewarming, a goodbye. Sound makes a gathering feel like it mattered.

where we meet

In studio, or wherever you are

At your home

Your living room, backyard, or patio. I arrive early, set up completely, and leave the space exactly as I found it. Most private sessions happen this way — there is something about being restored in your own space.

On location

A rental, a hotel suite, a beach house for the weekend, a boat. If the space is quiet enough to lie down in, we can work with it.

I'm based in Delray Beach and travel throughout Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami for private bookings.

the session

What an hour together looks like

  1. We talk firstTen minutes, no pressure. What is going on, what you are hoping for, anything your body is dealing with. You can say as much or as little as you like.
  2. You get comfortableBlankets, bolster, eye pillow. The only instruction is to stop holding yourself up.
  3. The sound beginsCrystal and metal bowls, layered slowly. In a private session I can follow your breathing and adjust in real time — that is the part a group session cannot do.
  4. You come back slowlyNo rushing you off the floor. Water, quiet, and as long as you need before the world starts again.

questions

Good to know

How long is a private sound bath?

Most private sessions run 60 to 75 minutes including the conversation at the start and the slow return at the end. Small-group and celebration bookings are often 90 minutes so there's room for everyone to settle and linger afterward.

What does a private session cost?

It depends on group size, location, and travel. One-on-one sessions and small groups are priced differently, and on-location bookings factor in setup. Send a note with what you have in mind and I'll give you a clear, flat rate — no packages you don't need.

Do I need any experience with sound healing?

None. Most people who book a private session have never done one, and choosing private for your first time is a genuinely good instinct — there's no group to feel self-conscious in front of.

What do I need to have at home?

A room where you can lie down and it's reasonably quiet. That's it. I bring bowls, mats, bolsters, and eye pillows. If you'd rather use your own blankets and pillows, even better — familiar things help.

Can I book a private session for a birthday or bridal party?

Yes, and these are some of my favorite bookings. Two to eight people works beautifully. It tends to land better than another dinner — people actually remember it.

Is sound healing safe if I'm pregnant or have a health condition?

Sound baths are gentle and generally very well tolerated. That said, tell me about pregnancy, epilepsy, recent surgery, a pacemaker, or anything you're managing, and I'll adjust the setup — including seated or side-lying positions. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first; I'm a practitioner, not a medical provider.

What if I fall asleep?

Then you needed sleep. It happens constantly and it is not a failure. Your nervous system still receives the sound.
