Can you run a session at our downtown office?
Yes. Conference rooms and open office areas both work well — the space doesn't need to be beautiful, just quiet enough to lie down in. I bring the entire setup and handle setup and breakdown around your schedule.
How far ahead should I book in West Palm?
Three to four weeks is comfortable, and more during season (November through April) when calendars fill up. Summer is generally easier on shorter notice.
Do I need any experience to attend?
None. Most guests are first-timers. You lie down and receive — there is genuinely nothing to get right.
What should I bring?
Something comfortable to wear, water, and anything that helps you get cozy. Mats and bolsters are provided.
Is it religious or spiritual?
