What actually happens
If you have never done this, the whole thing is simpler than it sounds. You arrive, you lie down on a mat with a bolster under your knees and something over your eyes, and then for the next forty minutes crystal and metal bowls are played around the room.
There is no chanting, no one asks you to share anything, and you are not expected to feel a particular way. Some people drop into something close to sleep. Some people think about their to-do list for twenty minutes and then suddenly do not. Both are completely normal, and neither one means you did it wrong.
People often tell me afterwards that the strangest part was realising how long it had been since they last lay still without a screen. That is usually the moment the whole thing makes sense.

Do you do bachelorette or birthday sound baths?
Yes — small-group celebrations are some of my favourite bookings. Two to eight people works beautifully. See private sessions for how it works.
Do I need any experience to attend?
None. Most guests are first-timers. You lie down and receive — there is genuinely nothing to get right.
What should I bring?
Something comfortable to wear, water, and anything that helps you get cozy. Mats and bolsters are provided.
Is it religious or spiritual?
No. Sessions stay grounded and welcoming, rooted in rest and how the body responds to sound, not in any particular belief system.
