Miami is loud, fast, and relentlessly on. That is a lot of what makes it great, and it is also why an hour of lying on the floor doing absolutely nothing hits differently here than anywhere else in South Florida.
I travel down to Miami and Miami Beach for private sessions, special occasions, corporate bookings, and brand events — Brickell, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Design District, and the Beach.

Miami is roughly an hour from my base in Delray Beach, so these sessions are scheduled rather than spontaneous — usually with a few weeks' notice, and typically for events, corporate bookings, and special occasions rather than drop-in classes.
If you're after a regular weekly practice, my recurring sessions run further north in Delray Beach.

Do you travel to Miami?
Yes. I'm based in Delray Beach and travel to Miami and Miami Beach for corporate bookings, brand events, private sessions, and special occasions.
Do you run drop-in classes in Miami?
Not currently. Miami bookings are scheduled — corporate sessions, events, and private bookings, usually with a few weeks' notice. Recurring weekly sessions run in Delray Beach.
Can you do a sound bath for a brand event or activation?
Yes. Sound works well as the centrepiece of a launch or client experience — guests can rotate through, or the whole room can drop in together. Send a note with your date and I'll come back with formats.
Is there a travel fee for Miami?
Travel is factored into the flat rate I quote, so there are no surprise line items. Send your details and you'll get one clear, all-inclusive number.
Do I need any experience to attend?
None. Most guests are first-timers. You lie down and receive — there is genuinely nothing to get right.
What should I bring?
Something comfortable to wear, water, and anything that helps you get cozy. Mats and bolsters are provided.
Is it religious or spiritual?
No. Sessions stay grounded and welcoming, rooted in rest and how the body responds to sound, not in any particular belief system.
