Group sound baths in South Florida

Collective sound journeys where you simply lie back and let the bowls do the work. Perfect for first timers, friends, and anyone craving a reset.

first time?

You genuinely cannot do this wrong

A sound bath is the rare wellness thing with no skill floor. You lie down. You close your eyes. Waves of sound from crystal and metal bowls move through the room and through you. There is no posture to hold, no breath to count, nothing to get right. Most people in the room are first-timers, and the only real instruction is to stop trying.

the experience

What to expect

  1. Arrive as you areWear something comfortable and come a few minutes early to settle in. No special clothing, no equipment.
  2. Settle inLie down, get cozy, let your eyes close. There is nothing to prepare and nothing expected of you.
  3. Receive the soundCrystal and metal bowls, chimes, and layered tone wash over the room for around forty minutes. Simply receive.
  4. Leave lighterMost people leave calmer, clearer, and lighter than when they walked in. Some sleep better that night than they have in weeks.

what to bring

Almost nothing

Whatever you'd be happy lying still in for an hour. Layers help — body temperature drops when you rest.

questions

Good to know

What actually is a sound bath?

You lie down, get comfortable, and let waves of sound from crystal and metal bowls wash over you. There's nothing to do or get right — your only job is to receive and rest. The bowls are the method; restoration is the point.

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Most guests are first-timers. Come exactly as you are.

How long does a group sound bath last?

Usually around 45 to 60 minutes including settling in at the start and a slow return at the end. Weekly Sunday sessions run on the shorter side; special events sometimes run longer.

What do I wear or bring?

Something comfortable, water, and anything that helps you get cozy — a blanket, an eye mask, a small pillow. Mats and bolsters are provided.

Is it religious or spiritual?

It's for everyone. Things stay grounded and welcoming, rooted in rest and how the body responds to sound, not in any particular belief system.

What if I get restless or my mind won't stop?

Completely normal, and not a sign it isn't working. Fidgeting, itching, a racing mind, and sudden emotion are all common, especially the first time. You don't have to fix any of it. Notice, adjust if you need to, and let the sound keep going.

How do I book a group session?
